However, I reserve the right to decline a reading and issue a full refund if I feel that I cannot provide a beneficial service to you, or if you are unable to respect my professional boundaries

Refunds are available if a reading is cancelled by the consultant. 

CANCELATIONS/NO SHOWS:  refunds are not provided for cancellation, however you may be entitled to a credit for a future reading. You must cancel via email at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for a future reading. No-shows for any services will forfeit the fee and will not be refunded.
