REFUND POLICY: Refunds are not provided for an undesireable consultation. Please observe live readings on my TikTok Live Stream to understand my style before booking. You are paying for my time, insight, and energy, not a guarantee of outcome. My services are personalized and customized. 

However, I reserve the right to decline a reading and issue a full refund if I feel that I cannot provide a beneficial service to you, or if you are unable to respect my professional boundaries

Refunds are available if a reading is cancelled by the consultant. 

CANCELATIONS/NO SHOWS:  refunds are not provided for cancellation, however you may be entitled to a credit for a future reading. You must cancel via email at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for a future reading. No-shows for any services will forfeit the fee and will not be refunded.
